Love it! How do I order my grazing board?
It’s easy! Just answer the questions and check out. We highly recommend adding your logo to the back and the gift box, but it’s your choice. If you’d like to learn more about our wholesale program, tell us! We’ll send you an email with all the details. If within 21 days of ordering, you decide to join our wholesale family after all, we’ll work with you to include this order as your first board and adjust the balance owing accordingly. We’re here to help, so don’t hesitate to ask.
How do I get the wholesale rate?
When you buy a wholesale bundle of grazing boards you decrease the costs of individual gifts, while still ensuring each gift is personalized and therefore valued by your client. You purchase a bundle of 5 or 10 gifts now and we set them aside so they are ready to personalize whenever you need them. Depending on your budget, you can choose between bundles of cutting boards or charcuterie boards. The cost is lower per gift because you are buying them in bulk, but you can still personalize every gift so your client feels special. There is no expiration date, so don’t worry if it takes you a few years to work through your bundle. You can also choose to use your bundle for other gift occasions. If business is slow, use them as a thank-you for a referral, a last-minute wedding gift, or an anniversary gift for a friend.
Bundle clients get white-glove service. We know you’re busy, so we’ll create a client file with your preferences to streamline the ordering process. For the fastest ordering experience, you’ll have access to our one-click re-ordering page. Don’t worry, you will always receive a design file to approve before we engrave, and we’ll send you photos of your gift so you know exactly what your client will receive.

Our standard (free) turnaround time is 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday not including statutory holidays. As always, we will strive to complete orders as soon as possible. When you check the “when do you need this” box, you are ensuring your order will be engraved and ready to pick up or ship by that date. Please note that shipping times are not included so please plan accordingly. For the fastest turnaround times choose “Milton Pick Up” on checkout. We will contact you immediately if we are unable to meet your timelines.
Standard turnaround times may increase depending on the season. Typically this happens in November, December, July & August. During these times, rush orders may not be available. For the most up-to-date information and advanced warnings when this may occur, please sign up for our email list.
Our studio is located in Milton, Ontario but we serve all of Canada. Contactless local pick-up is available for clients in the surrounding regions of Oakville, Burlington, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Hamilton, Mississauga, Toronto, and beyond. Shipping is available nationwide.
