Do you have something specific in mind? Tell us about it in the Engraving Details box and our designers will work hard to create a custom engraved ornament you will LOVE. We will create and email you a design file to approve before we engrave, so you’ll know what to expect. If you want to see changes, tell us! We will adjust and tweak the design until you are happy with it.

Our standard (free) turnaround time is 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday not including statutory holidays. We will always strive to complete orders as soon as possible. Your order will be ready to ship by the date checked in the “when do you need this” section. Please note that shipping times are not included so please plan accordingly. You will have the option to choose shipping transit times during checkout.
Standard turnaround times may increase depending on the season. Typically this happens in November, December, July & August. During these times, rush orders may not be available. Please sign up for our email list for the most up-to-date information and advanced warnings when this occurs.
