Our live edge charcuterie boards are sourced from Canadian artisans and are made from Canadian wood. The term live edge means that the edge shows the natural contour of the tree, with the bark removed. Depending on availability, they are made from a solid piece of maple, walnut, cherry, or butternut. As with all natural products, there will be differences in colour and grain pattern in every piece. How to care for your live edge charcuterie board:
A care card that outlines the best way to care for your board, is included in every board order. All natural wood products require regular conditioning. We recommend adding a container of Board Balm to your order to complete your gift.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
- Re-seal with Board Balm after cleaning.
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Not dishwasher safe.

Our standard (free) turnaround time is 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday not including statutory holidays. As always, we will strive to complete orders as soon as possible. When you check the “when do you need this” box, you ensure your order will be engraved and ready to pick up or ship by that date. Please note that shipping times are not included so please plan accordingly. We will contact you immediately if we are unable to meet your timelines.
