A care card which details how to care for your custom cutting board, is included in every order. All natural wood products require regular conditioning. We recommend adding a container of Board Balm to your order to complete your gift.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
- Re-seal with Board Balm after cleaning
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Not dishwasher safe.
Tips for gifts with handwriting:
When taking a picture of your recipe, no shadows must fall across the writing. If needed, take multiple photos of different areas of the recipe and we can piece them together. For more information on how to take a great picture of handwriting, please refer to this blog.

Our standard (free) turnaround time is 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday not including statutory holidays. We will always strive to complete orders as soon as possible. Your order will be ready to ship by the date checked in the “when do you need this” section. Please note that shipping times are not included so please plan accordingly. You will have the option to choose shipping transit times during checkout.
